Vash the Stampede is the 60 billion double-dollar man. Also known as the Humanoid Typhoon, he goes around doing his business
of not trying to get caught by bounty hunters. Though he is blamed for the deaths and destruction of the towns, he is not

Millions Knives
Millions Knives is the evil twin brother of Vash. Bent on destroying all of the human race to make
a world for him and Vash, his tatics in his work are questionable. He killed Rem Saverem, Vash's "mother". He wishes to create
the perfect world, dispite is questionable ways. He sees humans as inferior beings, who know nothing except greed.
